It depends on the availability and type of shoot. Studio sessions are usually Mondays and Wednesdays.

Our custom and personal branding and signature portrait sessions start at 10:00 AM and we usually wrap up by 2pm. We do offer shorter sessions for headshots.

For our Signature and Branding sessions, the average client is booking their session 1-3 months in advance but others only a few weeks in advance depending on our availability. Headshots can be booked sooner depending on availability. Your specific booking needs & details will be discussed on our call that can be scheduled  HERE

We understand that things come up so we offer a one time rescheduling of your session. Beyond this, all sessions booked are subject to the reschedule/fees policies in the portrait agreement. Because of the exclusive and very limited nature of these sessions, any additional requests to reschedule lose the special offer and any gifted vouchers and you will be required to pay a new session fee at the full price to reschedule. Please note, there are no refunds on any payments made to The BeVard Studio  including session fees and all product purchases.

It’s natural to feel nervous before a photo shoot, especially if it’s your first time or if being in front of the camera doesn’t come naturally to you. We prioritize creating a relaxed, supportive, and enjoyable environment to ensure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. From the moment you book your session, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.!

Absolutely. During your photos shoot you will be completely and artfully directed through a variety of poses, facial expressions, backgrounds & of course live styling of your 3-7 looks! This is a fully guided experience!  That means: No experience required!

My studio has been a home for hundreds of garments over the years that have been styled from vintage to edgy fashion. My wardrobe includes a collection of formal gowns ranging in materials from tulle, sequin, chiffon, satin, bold prints and more, a selection of suiting separates in basic colors and cuts, a variety of basic pairings such as sweaters, body suits, skirts, and coats, some bodices and corsets, PLUS a few basic dresses for all occasions.

Before our styling consultation, I will send you a style survey that requests several things from you: a set of 8-10 inspiration photos, a "blank canvas" photo that I will have you take of yourself, your sizes, and all of your style preferences. We will then create the perfect wardrobe for your day with me. I encourage you to go through your own closet and even shop for items you've always wanted to wear! Whether you want to pull looks from your own closet, dip into our studio wardrobe, or even go shopping, you will be fully prepared with our help and guidance when it comes to styling and wardrobe.

A few weeks before your photoshoot, we will have a styling consultation where I am going to walk you through the entire process from start to finish.  All you have to do is show up, and we do the rest!

A Signature Session is the heart of The BeVard Studio experience, designed for anyone who wants to be photographed like they are on the cover of Vanity Fair. These are usually full day shoots from 10am to about 2pm. Signature Sessions can be tailored for family portraits, personal branding, boudoir, and senior portraits

Every Signature Session includes:

• Personalized planning & styling – We discuss your vision, select wardrobe pieces (including access to my curated studio collection), and plan every detail so you feel fully prepared.

• Professional hair & makeup – You’ll look and feel your absolute best before you step in front of the camera.

• Fully guided photoshoot – I direct you through every pose and expression so you never feel awkward, and we capture both polished portraits and those raw, in-between moments.

• Private image reveal & ordering appointment – You’ll see your images for the first time and choose the ones you love most, with guidance on how best to display them as wall art, albums, or folio collections.

Black-on-black

The Black on Black look is designed to truly isolate you into the frame while amplifying your best features and expressions. These create striking black and white portraits that are timeless, dramatic and elegant.

The Effortless look

Think relaxed, natural, and effortlessly stylish. This can range from a white button down, a cozy sweater, your favorite t-shirt, or a tank top. All causal looks are paired with your favorite pair of jeans with attention given to relaxed posing and more candid expressions.

The Vanity Fair Look

Think of yourself as if you're on the cover of Vogue! This look gives you the chance to feel completely glamorous in one of my many beautiful gowns worthy of attending the Oscars. This look is all about mood and elegance!

Most of our clients invest anywhere from $3,000 to $8,000+ on their portraits. Every client’s vision is unique, some choose a beautiful folio box filled with their favorite images, while others design statement wall art pieces to transform their  home. The experience is completely tailored to you, and we’ll walk you through all the options during your ordering appointment so you can choose what fits your style, space, and goals.

Yes. Every image you purchase comes fully retouched and delivered as a high-resolution digital file, perfect for both print and online use.

My specialty is portraiture and personal branding, so I don’t photograph events like weddings, parties, or conferences.

What you spend is up to you! My collections start at $1790 (8 images) with my average client opting for the 20 image Collection and Wall Art. The more you buy, the price per image goes down. My a la carte pricing per image is $280.

Wall Art starts at $875 and has a Lifetime Warranty. Wall Art and collections come from Italy and are custom-made for each client. I want your print products to last a lifetime and beyond and only use museum-quality print products.
