We exclusively schedule shoots on Mondays and Fridays.

Our Signature sessions have a $1,290 session fee, with 50% due at the time of booking. This fee covers the full luxury experience and includes a $1000 credit toward your final image purchase. Please see our full pricing Menu HERE

The average client is booking their session 1-3 months in advance but others only a few weeks in advance depending on our availability. Your specific booking needs & details will be discussed on your consultation call

Our custom sessions start at 10:00 AM and we usually wrap up by 2pm. We do offer shorter sessions for headshots.

Our session fee is $1290. This fee covers everything needed to create your stunning photographs, including: Styling and Vision Consultation, hair and makeup, up to 8 looks, access to studio wardrobe, ordering and reveal appointment and $900 credit towards your photographs. 

I offer in house financing options to spread your payments out over time. All collections require a 30% deposit at the time of ordering.

We understand that things come up so we offer a one time rescheduling of your session. Beyond this, all sessions booked are subject to the reschedule/fees policies in the portrait agreement. Because of the exclusive and very limited nature of these sessions, any additional requests to reschedule lose the special offer and any gifted vouchers and you will be required to pay a new session fee at the full price to reschedule. Please note, there are no refunds on any payments made to The BeVard Studio  including session fees and all product purchases.

To ensure you have the best experience possible and allow us to focus on capturing your unique moments, we ask that you come solo for your shoot. This creates a more relaxed, distraction-free environment, so we can give you our full attention and make the experience truly special.

Before our styling consultation, I will send you a style survey that requests several things from you: a set of 8-10 inspiration photos, a "blank canvas" photo that I will have you take of yourself, your sizes, and all of your style preferences. We will then create the perfect wardrobe for your day with me. I encourage you to go through your own closet and even shop for items you've always wanted to wear! The Black on Black look is designed to truly isolate you into the frame while amplifying your best features and expressions. These create striking black and white portraits that are timeless, dramatic and elegant.

The Casual Look can range from a white button down, a cozy sweater, your favorite t-shirt, or a tank top. All causal looks are paired with your favorite pair of jeans with attention given to relaxed posing and more candid expressions.

The Vanity Fair Look gives you the chance to feel completely glamorous in one of my many beautiful gowns worthy of attending the Oscars. This look is all about mood and elegance!

My studio has been a home for hundreds of garments over the years that have been styled from vintage to edgy fashion. My wardrobe includes a collection of formal gowns ranging in materials from tulle, sequin, chiffon, satin, bold prints and more, a selection of suiting separates in basic colors and cuts, a variety of basic pairings such as sweaters, body suits, skirts, and coats, some bodices and corsets, PLUS a few basic dresses for all occasions.

Absolutely! One of the things I am known for is our ability to make you feel relaxed and confident. It’s natural to feel nervous before a photo shoot, especially if it’s your first time or if being in front of the camera doesn’t come naturally to you. We prioritize creating a relaxed, supportive, and enjoyable environment to ensure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. From the moment you book your session, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.!

Absolutely. During your photos shoot you will be completely and artfully directed through a variety of poses, facial expressions, backgrounds & of course live styling of your 3-7 looks! This is a fully guided experience!  That means: No experience required!

I hear this time and time again and the truth is, you don't have to lose weight to look and feel like a goddess . I will pose and light you in ways that will flatter your body type and our promise is you will be blown away by the results.

After your session we will schedule an online Zoom Reveal and Ordering Appointment where I will share 45-55 unique images with you. At that time you can choose to purchase your digital photos either a la carte starting at $289 for a single image or in Digital Collections of 10, 15, or 20 images starting at $1750.

You only buy what you love!

During our consultation we will discuss what you should bring to you session! I ask that you prepare a model bag with essential underpinnings, several pairs of jeans, and a few other items that we will collaborate on during the design process! Don't worry, I provide follow up email reminders with this information as well as links to purchase items you may not already own! Most women own what's on our list.

During your consultation we can explore how you want to be photographed and determine if you'd like to add additional looks to your session for an additional $100/look. (Limit: 10 looks)
