Can I bring a friend to my portrait session?
Absolutely — and many of our clients over 40 do exactly that. A friend session is one of the most fun and memorable experiences we offer. You celebrate each other, push each other to try things you wouldn’t try alone, and walk away with portraits of both of you at your absolute best.
I’ve never liked photos of myself. Will this be different?
Yes — and this is the thing we hear most from women over 40. What should I bring to my session?
Most of what you need is already here — over 100 gowns, statement pieces, and accessories in a range of sizes. What we ask you to bring are the essentials most women already own: shoes that make you feel great, any undergarments you prefer, and a pair of jeans or casual clothes for getting ready. We’ll discuss every detail at your consultation so you arrive completely prepared.
How much does a women over 40 portrait session cost?
Headshots begin at $490. For portrait, glamour, and custom sessions, every experience is designed around your vision, so pricing is personalized rather than packaged. Many clients invest $2,700 or more in their finished artwork and images, with some choosing larger collections and custom wall pieces. We’ll discuss your goals during your consultation so I can recommend the experience that’s the best fit for you.
Can a portrait session be given as a birthday gift?
Yes — it’s one of the most meaningful gifts you can give a woman at this stage of her life. Whether it’s a 40th, 45th, or any birthday in between, a portrait session is something she will talk about long after the day is over. Gift sessions are available and we handle all the details including a beautiful gift presentation for the recipient.
